I'm simply amazed at how our pattern has turned completely upside down. I'm a pseudo-green thumber and it's been easy this Summer--just let Ma Nature water the flower beds and grass. Now I find myself out there fidgeting with sprinklers and kinks in the hose, fighting mosquitoes---ugh.

I do love the extended stretch of sunshine though. Good news, it looks to continue right through the holiday weekend and into next week. Except for one day. That will be Saturday as a weak system flies through here with clouds as well as some showers. I think the middle part of the day may be dry though.

High pressure is back in here for the rest of the holiday weekend. Look for sunny skies & seasonable temps.
